Standard House Cleaning

Our Standard Cleaning is perfect for maintaining a consistently clean, comfortable home. Most of our clients choose this service on a bi-weekly or monthly schedule.

This service focuses on visible buildup, everyday messes, and keeping your home fresh and orderly.

What’s included in a Standard Clean:

Kitchen

• Wipe down countertops and backsplash

• Clean sink and faucet

• Exterior of appliances (stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher)

• Spot clean cabinet fronts

• Clean table and chairs

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

Bathrooms

• Clean and sanitize toilets, sinks, and tubs/showers

• Mirrors and glass cleaned

• Countertops wiped down

• Floors vacuumed and mopped

• Light spot cleaning of cabinet fronts

Living Areas & Bedrooms

• Dust surfaces, décor, and reachable ledges

• Vacuum carpets and rugs

• Mop hard floors

• Make beds (linens not changed unless requested)

• Empty trash

Deep Cleaning (First-Time or Occasional Reset)

Our Deep Cleaning is a more detailed, top-to-bottom service designed to reset your home. This is strongly recommended for first-time clients, homes that haven’t been professionally cleaned in a while, or before starting recurring service.

We take extra time to tackle buildup, detail areas, and the things that are often skipped during maintenance cleanings.

Deep Clean includes everything in a Standard Clean, plus:

• Detailed cleaning of baseboards

• Doors, door frames, and light switches wiped

• Vents, fans, light fixtures

• Inside of refrigerator and oven cleaned

• Extra attention to kitchen and bathroom buildup

• Heavier dust removal throughout the home

• More detailed cabinet and fixture cleaning

Move-Out / Move-In Cleaning

Our Move-Out Cleaning is designed to leave an empty home clean, refreshed, and ready for its next chapter—whether that’s new owners, tenants, or a real estate listing.

This is a detailed, empty-home service and is more intensive than a standard or deep clean.

What’s included in a Move-Out Clean:

• Inside and outside of all cabinets and drawers

• Inside appliances (oven, fridge, microwave)

• Full bathroom sanitization

• Baseboards, trim, doors, and walls spot-cleaned

• Closets cleaned and vacuumed

• Floors thoroughly vacuumed and mopped throughout

• Dust removal from vents, ledges, and fixtures
